Coach For Us

Job Description: This is a full-time coaching position as BC United Development Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with our partner recreational clubs to help further enhance coaching structures, to develop a clear pathway for players to transition from recreation to competitive soccer, lead, implement and design coaching sessions that are in line with the philosophies of BC United.

The Ideal Candidate:  We are seeking a highly motivated, driven, and enthusiastic coach to fill the role of BC United Development Officer.

Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years coaching experience + US/UEFA C License, US/UEFA B License or working towards US/UEFA B License desirable.

Hours Per Week: Between 25 - 35 Hours per week which will mainly consist of working Monday – Friday evenings, though weekend work may be necessary.

Salary: Highly competitive salary with potential to maximize earnings through additional roles within BC United.

Start Date: Late Fall/Winter 2021
